Comments:

Well, felt good for the easy flat part, but just died on the hills. Rt hammy preventing me from running the right amount. Need to increase mileage, simple as that.
What would you do differently?:

Not much, other than train a lot more.

Doing decent mileage. Must get the hammy better.

Event comments:

Its XC at Van Cortlandt. Cool temps, leaves changing colors. What can be bad?
