Who's racing this week?? 11/27 - 11/30

I am also doing a 10k turkey trot. I had a 6 mile tempo run scheduled so it worked out perfectly.

I will be doing an 8 mile trot as well. I am hoping to have a good pace, but with 30K+ there we'll see...

Atlanta 1/2 Marathon tomorrow!  After that I will def. be rewarding myself by pounding whatever thanksgiving goodies happen to get in my way.

My very first Duathlon on Sunday the 30th!!!  2-12-2 spint du!!! Believe it or not, i am going to miss the swim, i love the swim.

I'm running the Gobble Wobble 5K in Abington, PA on Thanksgiving.  That should burn enough calories for a piece of pumpkin pie.

I'm doing my first tri this Sunday, the Turkey tri in San Dimas, what a great way to burn off all those thanksgiving calories!

I finally have an opportunity to race!  I volunteer at a retirement village on Sunday mornings so I rarely get to compete.  I am running the Turkey Trek 5k and the way my training has been going I should easily PR this race.  The last training TT I ran showed that I should be able to knock almost 2 minutes off my stand alone 5k PR.  If I accomplish that it will mean that I have knocked 5 minutes off my 5k time since June.

Seattle Half Marathon on Sunday for me too. It will be my third time doing this race, and the first time that clear skies are in the forecast. Woot!!!!!!
