Comments: It was great! I went out sort a fast and tried to get around the slower people and walkers etc etc. I ran with my friend Becky in mind since she has a nasty injury so I knew I had to run hard today. I think this is one of the funnest runs each year the food the people plus people cheering us one out of their yards on Thanksgiving day What would you do differently?: keep training and work on getting faster!  Post race
Warm down: got to the finish mat and had to push my way through it very crowded! about 5K people finished this today What limited your ability to perform faster: just experience is all. I am pleased since I have almost been running only for 2 years so more experience and trainging will help me Event comments: I will always be back for this run it is just great! I arrived at 7:10 to get Kelvin checked in to his data entry volunteer position hung out in the room drank some starbucks coffee and had a nice time chatting with the other volunteers
Got out to the start area about 15 minutes ahead of time and ran around a little warmer then last years event so pretty thrilled about that!
