Comments: Ran 9:05-9:15 splits for the first 4-5 miles. Had a slow mile 6 at the viaducts. Picked it up really hard on the last mile. I'm not sure what my last mile was run in, but it was all out for sure. What would you do differently?: Might push it harder by 5-10secs on the first 5-6miles. I also pushed it a little too hard at the end...I was completely dead for the rest of the day. Pre-race: I didn't hydrate enough and I ate too close to the start of the race Post race

Ate a banana and Oatmeal. I didn't eat early enough and ate too much the night before (pasta dinner w/ family). The banana was doing it's best to come back up the entire run...not fun. I've never had stomach problems until my last two races. I'll focus on proper prep going forward.
Jogged a block and stretched at the starting line.
