Comments:

Perhaps went out a little to fast, but not much. Not a limiting factor. Thought I held it well, and maintained. Certainly the right hammy strain prevented me from training like I would like to. Always opportunity to improve.

A great race. Great focus on team aspect of running. Coaches, spectators all yelling, just like it should be.
