And in all seriousness, that was a wonderfully written story. You describe elegantly how I feel when I'm outdoors for a run....I used to say it's a feeling a dog must have when he's off his leash...ears back, tongue hanging out, running flat out across the field. Now I have better words that don't liken myself to a dog!

Mike Magnuson wrote, and I paraphrase; "That lean bike racer working up that hill is working no harder than the 230 pound guy working up that same hill at a fraction of the speed."

I loved that line. Great article, thanls for posting that.
