I would say TGIF too, except tomorrow I need to be out of the house by 7am with #1 son to be at a soccer game in Burnaby by 7:45 (that sure doesn't feel like a weekend!)

hey Paul....I notice you do 55 mins quite a lot on the trainer....wondering why that number LOl - if it was me I'd want to squeek out an extra 5 mins and make it an even hour ;-p

Jill - that's funny, I was thinking the same thing!

I did a 40 min run this morning with a quick 30min weight session after.

if you say so ;-p  (you should have been born in '60 then, to satisfy my need for round numbers LOL!)

(and not that I am trying to keep up with the challenge...but I did 30 mins on the bike and then 1 hour personal training session today)

55 is a good number.... BUT

86 is better

1 hour on the trainer (some of it was the Spinervals Time Saver TT workout), and I've got a 45' water run planned for 5:30ish!

Wahoo!

Done exams :D

Well that would be me then.  Does that mean I have to do an hour of everything now?  Yikes...

I was born in '71.....that would be weird....71 minutes of everything!

edited to add - it actually is TGIF for me....my son's soccer game was switched to 11:15 'warmup' in NorthVan - woohoo - much better than 7:45 'warmup' in Burnaby!  I *do* get to sleep in tomorrow!

I think I'd rather do 48 minutes of everything.

Geez, I don't like this...I don't want to do 78 minutes of everything.

I only did 15 minutes on the trainer this morning...my taint couldn't handle any more - it's been way too long since I've been on the bike consistently.  Followed it up with a good hour long walk in the evening.

Nutrition started out impeccably, ended up terribly.  It's really my weak point.  Damnit.
