This was my first race in a very long time. No real expectations. Just wanted to finish. Was a little disappointed to see that I ran 10:30s for miles. Whatevers...just happy to be doing this again.
What would you do differently?:

Nothing. Start of losing weight. Race weight was about 265...down from 278 when I started training.
