Comments:

I was not even planning on doing this race. I ran the night before because I my knees where beginning to feel better and I wanted to test them out. Once I was done I felt fine and was looking to go for about six miles so I gave Steve a call and he said he was doing the race. What the heck 6 miles is 6 miles.

Not training for the race.

I started out much faster than I would normally. miles Time 1 7:50 2 15:50 Maybe I should slow down a bit 3 24:20 4 33:00 Walk through the aid station 5 ? 5.5 walked for 30-60 sec 6.2 54.32 I was not trying to PR but I did my nearly three minuets.
Course:	Flat and open. You are able to see far off in the distance. The ground is grass covered gravel
