Comments: I felt great the whole time. I feel like I could have pushed myself more but I didn't know where I was since I forgot my Garmin and watch at home. I was suprised with my ending finish time - I honestly thought that I was going a lot slower. The good news is that I didn't have any hip pain! What would you do differently?: Push myself a bit more. Post race
Warm down: I walked around a bit, stretched a bit, and ate a small handful of fat free cheezits. What limited your ability to perform faster: Myself. I just need to push more. Last updated: 2008-11-24 12:00 AM

I woke up at 6:30 and ate some oatmeal, watched some tv and relaxed, and then got ready and headed over to the race site around 8:15, eating an english muffin with peanut butter on the way.
I jogged about a 1/2 mile all together: from the car to the packet pickup, back to the car, and then back to the start line. I stretched a bit and tried to keep moving around since it was so cold out.
