And now back to the thread Terrible shows you watched because your SO watched and now your hooked. I'll admit it, I watched that show on CW called Privileged by myself while I was traveling. The wife started watching it while I was traveling, then when I was home she insisted on watching it. It was better then riding the trainer so I kept watching, and now I'm hooked. We have had fights about how I'm the most selfish man in the world because I will not watch that. I can't take that show, I think between her forcing me to watch that or get a divorce, I would have to find a lawyer. She also used to watch American's next top model. I'd get up and leave if that stayed on. I think TiVo may have saved our marriage because she can save the really bad shows and watch them when I am traveling. |

My wife tapes it on the DVR and typically turns it on right when I'm coming home from the gym at night. I've got no fight left in me, so I sit and watch. Well, I don't really watch so much as I ask her to tell me what's going on, if so-and-so is "bad" or "good", and make comments on how much plastic surgery the characters have and whether or not they've gotten a new hairstyle since I last saw them. Quality time with the wife She's also gotten me into The Soup. I used to laugh at her for watching E!, but it's a really, really funny show that doesn't pull ANY punches. |
