Oh, young Grasshopper - you must learn to drink the water between beers and glasses of wine - If only I could remember that while I put down 5 beers and go "what was I doing with the water?"

There's only so much volume my stomach/bladder can hold.  I'm on a 4L/day plan on the water already.

Masters felt like a better workout tonight than the last class I went to.  I still feel like I need to add in some longer endurance type stuff.

nice swim though,, 2100-2200 is a good range,, and really even our master workouts that are apx 3200 total, but when you take out the dedicated warm up  apx 600-800 and drills 200-300  making our main set right at that 2200 area

Sorry for not keeping up to date - I have been fighting a funk, lately due to something I just can't lick yet, but I am feeling better and have a 5K race tomorrow so "I'll be back"

Hey all.  This is the first day that I've been HOME early in weeks and maybe even a month.  Early for me would be before 5.  I've been working in and out of town.  I'll be out of town tomorrow until the end of the week again.  So I'm about to head out the door to go swim but just wanted to say hi to everyone.  I hope everyone is doing ok.  Sorry I have not popped in on your blogs, it's not cause I don't want to, I barely have time to log my own workouts.  Take care.

So my 1/2 Iron training plan started this week.  In two days I've already had two runs, with the first longer run coming up tomorrow (and then no running for a few days).  This is going to put me pretty well over the 10% rule, but I feel pretty good right now.  What would you guys do with the scheduled runs?  I knew that run volume was going to be a weakness coming in for me, but didn't think that it would be blatantly obvious in week 1.
