Subject: Toughman triathlon
Did anyone do the toughman HIM in 08? I am now planning out my year ( Aside from Ironman Lake Placid) and was considerring this.

I am curious if people thoughts about the race.

Don't know if you're still looking for info about the race or not...  I'm thinking about doing it this year too. 

I grew up in Croton so if you have any questions about the course feel free to ask.  Any questions about the organization, etc I won't be much use though.

Richard,

Looking forward to the race.  Quick question for you:  Given the increase in size of the field over last year, how many waves are there going to be, how will we be assigned to waves, and how much time between waves?  Thanks!  Ok that was three questions.
