Ran with Dud. We were slow. Had a good time though.

We got about a foot and a half of snow the day before and the course wasn't on main roads, so there was a lot of snow and slop on the road. The surface was like running on a beach for a lot of the course.

Given my incredibly low training volume lately, my pace was predictable. My lower back was killing me after about the first half mile. I'm really out of shape.
