Subject: Early Spring races on the West side

Hey all you Grand Rapids area BT'ers.

I'm looking for a race/getaway weekend with my wife in late March/ early April.  Know of any good middle distance races then?

Well, as far as tris, not really. But there are plenty of running events, the Irish Jig 5K and The River Bank Run (5K, 10K and 25K) are both two good ones.

A little further south, but you might consider the Holy Half Marathon at Notre Dame on the first Sunday in April.
