Pre-race routine:

Rushing to get to race in time. Made it with 10 mins to spare so stretched a little and wrapped jacket around my waist and strapped on the timing chip.

Event warmup:

Did some stretching is all.

Felt awful. Felt really really slow but I just held in an felt I would just keep going if nothing else.

Felt real slow all the way to the end. I never looked at my watch. Just about fell over when I sae the time. Considering my state of well being it was smoking. LOL. Just shows you.

What would you do differently?:

LOL Train more and lose weight you think?
