Subject: OMG IT'S FREAKIN COLD!

I stupidly decided that it wasn't that cold in DC while turning off my alarm this morning instead of running in cold Florida (it was 45...)

I really hate weather this cold.

Yeah, it was.  I was out the last couple of mornings, but I ran out of clean warm clothes today, so I ended up doing brick from the spin bike to the treadmill.  I still had to run 2 minutes from my office to the gym, so I got the blast of cold air.  I don't regret not running outside at all.

it's funny i posted yesterday about how cold it was and got a whole bunch of people from canada, michigan, wisconsin, etc telling war stories about running in -40 degree temperatures. it's nice to see a few sane locals

Wasn't so bad this morning, got up and ran at 0600 and was burning up in what I wore, I thought it was going to be as cold as the last few days but it wasn't.

Ok people, it got into the 30s today, it's not that cold anymore.
