Subject: Personal Training Session Tomorrow
Taking today off, since tomorrow I'll be meeting w/ a trainer. We're doing some gait/run analysis so that he can give me some exercises to keep my knees intact. I'm also taking my training logs, with the goal to get some rec's on where/how I should be pushing to be in the best condition poss for my tri in May.

I've paid for 4 sessions, not sure how many more I'll be able to afford after those are used though.

Any rec's on additional questions to ask him?
