Someone leave DETAILED instructions on where to go and when, or a cell phone number so someone can talk me in. BTW...I'll be the one with the TOAST legs and no running endurance, as I won't have run in 3 weeks at that point. But let's fire it up! 24th I've got kids...So I'll have to bargain for coverage or just come and cheer. Could be fun... |

That's not good form. First time someone attends, the group will, over the course of the run, big boy, and beer, come to a 'consensus' on the 'proper' izzle. 2) I'm back, dammit. Heh. |

I'm out of town on the 10th, vacationing in Oregon, so that's a definite NO GO for this west-sider. If we slide up to the 3rd, I'm IN for a short recovery run, like 3 miles or less. That's because if I get the knees back in shape, I'll be going long on the 2nd (like 17 miles worth of long.) I have to be the difficult one, don't I? (Of course I look like a hockey player, Greg. Jenny 5. Charles Still waiting to hear from some of you… (fromer, and wingfizzle are out). Trixie, where are you girl? We will meet at the Lansing River Trail at the Clippert St. Parking lot. This link has a map of the trail. http://parks.cityoflansingmi.com/rivertrail_map.pdf For those of you coming in from SE Michigan take I-96 to Lansing. The go north on 127. Take the Michigan Ave/Kalamazoo St. Exit. Off the exit go right on Kalamazoo, and take a right on Clippert. Take Clippert until it dead ends in a parking lot. We will run the trail from there and make the distance call once we are there. (It is an out and back, so if people want to go shorter/longer it isn’t a big deal) Does anyone else need directions from anywhere else? And NO backing out…or the rest of the mafia will hunt you down and there will not be mercy. - Dizzle |
