I just got my message! Thanks for sending it. I will be out of town this weekend. (Cincinnati!). I did the Hanson's 5k run on March 19th. Was a great time and weather was great. Not sure though if I'm up to your level for long runs. I'm still doing 5K's. Keep me updated though!

uh oh, it sounds like no one can make it anymore? i was planning on coming but my BF will be visiting from out of town and i'm sure he'd be glad to not go running with me on sunday. if there are still people going, i will, but it sounds like attendance is dropping like flies...

looks like it might just be you and me, dana.  a run and then a bagel? 

I will be there, and Rick said (on his log) that despite the broken rib he also plans to be there. (I am tempted to question the wisdom of this, but if the doc says its okay, I guess its okay). As far as I am concerned 10 am in Lansing at the river trail is still a go.

I'm in!  I can't keep up with Tizzle, of course, but I'm there.  If we're gonna scrub it, let me know by tomorrow eve so I can not drive all the way there.  But for now, I'm in.

alright - trixie and rick - looks like it might just be the three of us - and possibly someone I work with who is a big runner. Unless the other lisa is planning on attending? Lisa, you in our out? And Mike - are you going to watch fromer or coming to blaze some trail with the mafia?

So, for those who are in I will see you guys at 10 am on the 10th at the river trail. If people want a cell number to call in case they get lost, drop me a pm and I will send it to you.

We will have many breakfast/brunch options to choose from after.

I've decided to go to Toledo to keep tabs on fromer.  The start/finish is right in front of my office so maybe I can post an update during the race.

Hey, if any of you are headed to GR for the River Bank Run (cough, rkizzle) this weekend, I'd love to welcome you to my town and say hello. I'll be meeting with my running group from my church between 7:15 and 7:30am Saturday morning in front of TGI Fridays. Fridays is about 1/4 mile south of the starting line, or better put if you're directionally-challenged, it will be on your left about 1/4 mile into either the 5K or 25K course. Come join us, please! Look for ORANGE shirts with GREEN print. Remember, I'm the short one.

Also, I'll be at the expo between 1pm and 3pm at our booth...Mars Hill Runners Group.

And we're having a BBQ afterwards a couple miles south of downtown GR. Anybody is welcome to scarf down some chicken. (Oh...and they always invite a massage therapist for CHEAP massages.) I'd post directions, but fear half of BT's members would descent on my poor friend's house. PM me for directions or just get them from me Saturday morning. (Note: BBQ is alcohol-free simply because some folks attending have previous struggles with alcoholism.)

Oh, and me, well, it's the 5K for me. Dang, wanted to run that 25K. I'm shift my energies into cheering for Rick.
