I am about the same size as you just 3inches shorter.   I am having a hard time trying to find swim jammers for a 46inch waist.

I had the same issue, I'm 6'3 and was 250 lbs, what I did was buy a 2XU XXL elite wetsuit than had it altered to fit me...worked great, but now I am 212 and selling the suit...but that is what I did.

You can get a suit altered?  How do they do it?

At 6’7” and 280 down from 320 I found that the De Soto 2 piece designs are by far the best fitting and most comfortable for those of us of the Clydesdale persuasion. The Bib-John bottom with a pullover top keeps things from getting too tight in the middle.

Good Luck

Oh sure, the frog house in Newport has been doing it for surf/dive suits for years. I had it done by a guy in Orange County, great dude. He basiclly took the suit and added panels where needed and extended the neck by about 2". Was like a hundred bucks I think..Going to see him again, just got a great deal and a sleeveless XXL but need the legs shortend a few inches.

2X on the Desoto 2 piece. I got the large sized top and the next size down for the Bib-John. It works great. Easy to get on and off. I was 6' and 275 when I got it. Down to 240 and it still fits fine.
