Never wear more than once.  One thing to be very carefull about would be wearing bike shorts more than once without washing.  Whether you are sweating are not you do have a lot of bacteria and other stuff going on wear the seat meets the, uh..seat.  Wear those shorts again and agaain and you are really increasing the chances of saddle sores. Plus, ewwwwwww, stinky people.

This one is simple. You use the two step rule. Grab your clothes and take a good whiff, if you stagger backwards more than 2 steps, its time to wash them.

I never wear the same t-shirt/sports bra more than once, but I only have 3 long sleeved tops and I often wear at least 2 over the t-shirt under a vest when I run outside - so they get worn more than once.

This is sort of related to the OP - how many pairs of bike shorts do you have?  Bike shorts get washed every time and I only have 2 pairs.  I'm thinking I need more than 2...

One wear, and then wash. With the exception of my heavier winter running tights, which I can often get a couple wears out of. My legs don't sweat that much when it is 15 degrees.

I wash my stuff with Win!, recommended on these boards. I think it helps, although my workout clothes definately still stink after just one wear, no way I could do two.

Also, the fatal move for any workout clothes -- putting them in a plastic bag after using. I've done that a couple times at health clubs or hotels when I don't have better bags along. Might as well stick them in a petri dish with some fungus.
