Comments: Target was to run faster than 7:30/mile which I achieved. First two miles were spent dodging in and out of slower runners which probably cost me 30 seconds on the race (but this is a problem for just about everyone unless you are in the top couple of hundred). So one a less crowded race should be able to beat this time easily - that said passing people at speed does give you an extra bit of energy at times! What would you do differently?: Same as with most of my running, I can probably afford to put the hammer down a bit harder during the mid section of the race Post race
