had not been swimming for a while because of sore shoulder. Shoulder did not bother me.Went about as fast as I could

These bikes were different than the other Y. With these bikes you need to have the resistance as high as you can stand it. I kept the resistance at 8.

Its good to hear the shoulder wasn't a factor, and a great swim time for mostly being out of the pool!
