Ironman wetsuit sizing

I bought a brand new Ironman sleeveless wetsuit last year. I went by the size charts. It felt a bit too tight, and I struggled to get into it. I felt I would be better off with the next larger size, so I exchanged it and am much happier. I knew what a good fit should feel like, since my previous suit was a Quintana Roo, and the size chart on that one was more accurate. Maybe this is just my experience, but it seemed to me that the Ironman brand was a little smaller than what you would expect. Hopefully someone else will chime in and give you an additional opinion.
