Happy Birthday, Chris and Trish! My #1 son's is tomorrow, he becomes a teenager.

Supposed to be a duathlon this morning, but it's pouring. Have to see what the weather does, sure don't feel like racing in the  rain...

Happy Birthday Chris.  I'm not planning anything, just returned from being 'off' for 2 months, so starting Monday will be like starting training from scratch

Happy Birthday Chris!

Hmmm, I have a 2.5 hour bike ride on the schedule, but the weather outside is very carppy, so that nixes the road bike. I refuse to put myself in the position of having to half-dismantle the thing to clean it up - unless I absolutely have to. And, I refuse to sit on the trainer for 2.5 hours when it's mostly cloudy (i.e. some natural sunlight) and 40 degrees outside... What to do, what to do?? I know, OFFROAD!!! The flying green snot hasn't been out for a few months, so if I'm going to get all hogged up, I may as well have fun with it.

1200 yards in the pool later this evening too.

Just did approx 10K in London! Very cool, flew all night and still had some energy left. First time here and came close to getting run over twice, looking to the left before crossing the street, forgetting that the traffic was coming from the right. Drivers much more friendly here, not a single one finger salute that I saw.

Cheers all!

Happy birthday! It's also my 12th wedding anniversary today, the first day of spring, and the first time I've ridden outside (did 15 miles) since November! Happy day indeed!

Happy B-day!  Happy anniversary!  Happy Spring!

Looking forward to some warmer weather soon and the impending arrival of my new bike.  Did 60min spin on the trainer today and hope to get in a 30min later.

Happy 41 Chris. I raise my bottle of Gatorade to wish you many more as healthy and fit as this one.

Today's long run day: 90min run in circles on the gym's mini track. I made it up to 9.6mi.

Happy Birthday, Anniversary, and Spring. It is supposed to by my rest day, but I'm itching to work out, so I may do a short run/walk. I keep seeing people talk about "long runs", and it is depressing to see the times and mileage, because to me anything over a mile is still a long run. Boy do I have a ways to go in this journey!

Happy birthday, anniversary, Palm Sunday & first day o' spring. LSD today. Going out for an hour and a half. Probably only 6 miles, though. Can't seem to keep my heart rate down on the run.

40 mile ride this morning.  Longest ride I can ever remember doing, MAN cycling takes it out of me like nothing else.

Happy belated Bday Chris!

Late run this afternoon/evening. Got soaked in the rain. Moonlight is kinda cool to run by. The farthest I've run in 20 years: 20.25 miles in 194min. WHOOHOO!
