1 can of Tuna
2 tbsp of Mayonaise
1 stalk celery chopped
1 tbsp sweet relish
2 Thomas's English muffins split
 Mix together the above ingridents place 1/4 on each of the muffin halfs place a slice of tomato and top with a slice of process american cheese

Put under broiler and heat for about 10 minutes.

You had me until "process american cheese".  Now, give me some provolone on that and I'd be a happy camper.

With 1 can of tuna I like to mix-in:

Little bit of mayo
relish
green and red pepper finely diced
finely diced onion (amount varies)
1 Tbsp spicy brown mustard
couple splashed of chulua hot sauce
then season w/ chili powder, garlic powder

Lots of good ones here that I will try ...but here is how I make it.

Tuna
Olive oil
little splash of lime
Soy Sauce (just enough to lightly coat the tuna
red pepper flakes (to taste)
if you have celery to add for some texture, even better....

Simple, but good.
