Subject: New Member and Born Again Triathlete I am new to BT and just started logging my training here. Did Tris for years and have taken a 2 year hiatus due to OHS (Open Heart Surgery ). Only goal for this year is to be consistent in training and complete a half-ironman (New Balance in Victoria ). I've done the race two times and just struggling to get times out of my head and enjoy my workouts, my rides, and being able to exercise.
