ate bagel and an apple @ 0700 and had some sport drink @ 0820
Event warmup:

light jog for about .5 miles and then several strides.

Comments:

All my training runs indicated I was going to PR this race easily so I started out at what I thought was a conservative pace. However, by mile 3 my stomach felt overly full and for the rest of the race I was right on the edge of cramping/puking so needless to say my pace suffered.
What would you do differently?:

Eat and drink a lot less or a lot earlier.

Warm down:

some stretching, some water and then jogged back to my car and went home.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

overly full feeling in my stomach.
