Comments: All my training runs indicated I was going to PR this race easily so I started out at what I thought was a conservative pace. However, by mile 3 my stomach felt overly full and for the rest of the race I was right on the edge of cramping/puking so needless to say my pace suffered. What would you do differently?: Eat and drink a lot less or a lot earlier. Post race
Warm down: some stretching, some water and then jogged back to my car and went home. What limited your ability to perform faster: overly full feeling in my stomach. Last updated: 2009-02-16 12:00 AM
