Pre-race routine:

Had a cliff bar for breakfast with OJ & water.

Think I started out too hard. Need to find a consistent pace to swim for distance.

Felt like i was going pretty slow, but my time was very good. Slowed down the last 5-7 minutes.

Wear HR monitor to make sure I am not pushing too hard, too early.
