Swim
Comments: Indoor swim 25yd pool for 20 minutes What would you do differently?: Think I started out too hard. Need to find a consistent pace to swim for distance. Transition 1
Comments: Switched out clothes in locker room. What would you do differently?: Nothing Bike
Comments: Felt good - don't think the distance meter was correct but have no better way of est. the correct distance. What would you do differently?: Nothing, maybe have a gel a few minutes before the run Transition 2
Comments: There was no transition time allowed. Run time started as soon as the whistle was blown on the bike time. What would you do differently?: nothing Run
Comments: Felt like i was going pretty slow, but my time was very good. Slowed down the last 5-7 minutes. What would you do differently?: Wear HR monitor to make sure I am not pushing too hard, too early. Post race
