My arms cramped up at the start, never had that happen before. Finally started into a ryhthm with about 5 minutes to go.
What would you do differently?:

Need to get into the pool and practice more.
Transition 1

Built in 5 minute transition. Suit dried quickly and was fitted for bike just in time.

Goal was 7 miles. Came real close.
What would you do differently?:

I had one more gear left. I should have used it.
Transition 2

Again a built in transition. Went smooth. Already had on running shoes.

Hard to judge pace being inside.
What would you do differently?:

Run harder. I had more but wasn't sure.

Nice race Kelly.  If you can ride as fast outside as on the indoor bike, you can go professional!

If I ever have a chance to do one of these I think I will.  I probably just take a zero meters on the swim.  (probably not really).

Your results kind of confirmed what I was talking about before the event.  It seems to be that the bike portion received the most weight on account of it providing so many extra miles in comparison to the other two events.

I hope your looking forward to your first outdoor event.  Just concentrate on having fun and everything else falls into place.
