I also made these for the Super Bowl. Deeeeelicious. Also, not as guilt-ridden as you would expect, as you can slice it as thin as you like.

However, it is not, as someone suggested on one of the other boards, something you would want to eat on race day, unless you're at the after party with a bottle of suds in hand.

That is just wrong lol. Who thinks of this stuff. I would give a turducken a shot but that thing is a little out of my league.

I have since made another, this time using breakfast sausage instead of italian. As you can slice it as thin as you like, it doesn't have to be any worse than a regular sausage patty.

My husband and his buddy made this... it wasn't half bad, but now they're convinced they need to make a breakfast variety where they slice it and deep fry it in pancake batter... talk about your heart attacks!

Here I am, new to the site, and figuring that this recipe will be some healthy way of enjoying sausage and bacon.
I think not!!

But it does look good to eat... maybe something to make this coming weekend - when I can work off all those calories afterwards.

One of my fraternity brothers made this and posted the results on Facebook.
I will take a wild guess and say that JB is NOT on this forum.

When I get my turkey fryer out this year, I'm making one corndog style.

Turkey fryer - reminds me of another meat-on-meat delicacy - the turducken. Yum. Fun to make, too.

That looks absolutely delicious!!! If for no other reason I would run a marathon so I could eat that guilt free I think I found my new motivational image.
