new to triathlons and training hard

Hello. My name is Dennis Goodrich. I live in Vermont where an aquatic center was just built. I've always been one to truly try to challenge myself physically and try to push myself to the next level. So when this great fitness center was built it seemed like it was meant to be that the next chapter in my journey was to start training for triathlons. My first sprint tri is in June.
