That's exactly what it was like!  I was trying to explain that sensation to someone...  I was for sure going to vomit if they would've been any longer.  My husband and his co-worker (bridge/civil engineers who both ran the 1/2) were trying to explain afterwards why it happened...that you could match the frequency of the suspension of the bridge with the flux capacitor blah, blah, blah...



hahahaha.  flux capacitor.  i didn't notice it on the first bridge, but the second one for sure gave me vertigo.
