Run
Comments: It was a nice run except lots of people and it took a little weaving in the beginning to find a nice spot. Wish they timed with a mat at the start my time would have been less than 20 min. What would you do differently?: Wish I had more than a week to prepare. Post race
Warm down: Brownies x2 Muffins x2 Thanks Alpine Bakery you rock!!!! What limited your ability to perform faster: Only having a week to prep. Event comments: I really like the race. Right after I had pts. in the waiting room so I had to get changed real quick to get to my first pt. right away. The only issue I had with anything was there was one car that was weaving inbetween runners. The car must have made it past the cops somehow but that was kinda messy. Also it would be nice to have a start timing mat as well as a finish. My Garmin said 19:56 The race finish sign said 20:02 And the results page said 20:08 So I have no idea which is right but for one week of real training I'll take it. Last updated: 2009-03-14 12:00 AM

I just learned last wknd that Doc wanted me to run in the event to represent the office and I have not been running lately due to the huge storm we got the other week. Well Dr. Wallman had a table to set up with nutritional products and some flyers so we got the table over and set-up. So I signed up and helped out. This mornin I just had some greens drink and that was enough for me.
Talked with Rachels boyfriend, nice to have someone to talk to before the start of the race.
