Subject: Bicycle Safety..
Our local cyclists' e-mail list had this posted a few days ago and It has brought about some interesting replies. Here is part of the e-mail..

Cary was hit first on the rear wheel by the bumper of the truck. Then Sam was hit by the mirror of the truck in the head, which took him out. ...Both had their helmets on, without the helmets both would have recieved fatal blows..

Always wear your helmet...

That was a good link, Will.  I'd like to add, wear a hi-vis green jacket or shirt.  It's ugly, but it really catches the eye.
