Pre-race routine:

Not sure what to wear. Weather said 25 degrees, with wind chill of 12. Not sure whether to wear a jacket or just two shirts. Went with the lighter clothes, and never regretted it.

Comments:

Running a bit faster on short runs helped, but need to get some more endurance so I can keep it up. Ranout of steam the last 3-4 miles. Not sure o fhte turn around mile either. That was lousy.
What would you do differently?:

Not much. Train more.

Really, a great event year in and year out. Terrific traffic free course. Beautiful terrain.
