Comments:

Had a really good run, first 3 miles went really well, decided to buy a gu the other day when I stopped in the running company, first time I've tried one. Took it at mile 3 and my 4th mile was my fastest, so I guess it did something, whether that was mental or physical. The very end was a hill up to the finish line, sprinted it the whole way, felt really good afterwords.
What would you do differently?:

Maybe used more energy up front instead of all of it in the last 200 yards.
Post race
Warm down:

Stretched a bit, walked around, waited on my wife to finish.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Taking off slower than I probably could have.

Performance: Good
Course: Lots of turns and hills. It seemed like every 200 yards there was a turn, hard to get into a rhythm if you can't see what's coming up next.
