Comments:

I went out harder than I think I normally do but that proved to be fine. I was fooled at the end of mile 2 with my time since most of that was downhill and with the wind. Coming home would be a rough last 2 miles. I worked the last 1/4 mile pretty hard to break 49:00. This is a PR for me, but not as low as I would have hoped (goal was to break 48:00).
What would you do differently?:

I only ran 3 times in the last 15 days since my 5K. My knee has been hurting but I should have tried to run more.
