Alright folks...I am passing on the table code for someone else to take on.

All the links are good, it just needs to be sized in such a way that the background will work.

I just discovered 'textarea'

I can make scrolling boxes!

Ok I know I am not a pro at this but I copied and pasted this in my goal's and it does not look like what you have on future post!! Help! PM me

Hi Amy!

I can't get to your log to see what's on your page. Do you have your logs set to Private (Only friends can view)?

If the table looks funny in your log or if the thread link isn't working you can try this coding.  Just copy the text in the box below and paste it in your goals area.

If it just appears as code try refreshing the window a few times.  If it still isn't working you can do the following:

When you are going to enter the info into the goals section instead of typing it into the text editing area look for the little button that says html. It is under the font box.

click it and paste the code in the window that pops up. hit update and the window will close. the table should then appear in the goals text editing area.

Just wanted to let y'all know...if you've checked out my log lately, you know that I have been MIA; I've just had too much other going on, so my training schedule has really suffered. I have family in town (staying with us) for a couple more days, and then I hope to get back on track...and I still plan to reach my goal for this team...

Not a very talkative group, are we?!!! That just 'cause we're so busy making our goals, right?

Well, I am woefully behind schedule for making my training goals for this month; hopefully I will be able to play catch-up. I know a lot of people run on consecutive days, but I'm so new to it that I never have...however, that's what I'm going to have to do in order to salvage my part of this challenge! I guess there's not much chance of me getting injured, though, because my intensity level is so low (i.e. still a lot of walking mixed with my running!)

How about y'all?

Random update:

I am actually doing very well with this challenge, I may have set the bar a little low though, I'll aim higher next time, but I had a great bike workout yesterday, doing 6 X 1 min hill repeats, which decimated my legs and got my heart hammering also.  And still managed to average 17 mph over the 1 hr ride...  At least that's what my GPS told me, I'm not sure I believe it...  I'm not usually that fast and it was asking me if I was inside at the start of the ride when it couldn't find the satalites, but by my estimation that means it should have recorded a shorter ride then I did over the same time...  So either I was blazing fast, my GPS was acting fritzy, or I had a breakthrough.  Which is possible, I hit a 1:51 100 in my swim workout this morning, which is a first...

Anyway enough rambling...  Keep at it Turtles!

  -Andy

PS I call it I'm Michelangelo, you guys can fight it out for the rest of them...  :-)

How about y'all?

I am very talkative, but haven't had any time to spend on the computer lately.
I am so busy...

I haven't been getting enough sleep so morning workouts are out.
I haven't had enough time to get to the gym so swimming and spinning are out.
I am having leg issues and running is extremely limited.  I did a 16 minute run/walk alternating every minute and ended up with nasty shin splints for the next 3 days.

Basically my training really sucks.  School and my family's needs come first.  School is full time and my family has been really needy of late. I keep saying that I will be able to establish a routine and fit everything into my schedule, but it just isn't happening.

I want to apologize about not being more involved with the forum blog.  Usually I am, but for whatever reason, not so much this time.  I am not sure, but I think that I am just in a slump.  I am still logging my training, but not blogging there either as much.  I am excited to report that I finally got a nice new bike.  Really....my last bike was a HUFFY.  I now have a Fugi Newest 3.0 which I've been told is a decent bike for a beginner road rider.  I pick it up today.  I am VERY excited!  Anyway, I am a little behind on my goal for this challenge, and since it's running and not biking, I will have to force myself to run and not use all of my training time for riding.  It's amazing how much easier riding a good bike is compared to a Walmart deal.  I was set on riding my old bike in the race in June, but my husband wouldn't have it.  He said that it would expend too much energy to ride my old bike and that if I had any desire to continue triathlons that I needed a good bike, so there you go.  Anyway, I will try and stay focused on my challenge goal.  Don't want to let down the team!

Unfortuately, we are bringing up the rear.  I just went to the google docs and looked up everyone else's totals and we are a good ways behind.  I can't really speak since I am only 70% to my goal, but I will continue to try hard to do my part for the team.
