might be moving to orlando need help to see what the expenses will be - help with these questions

1. good if not the top school district
2. price to rent 3br apt.
3. price to buy 3br home

school district will drive where we live HELP!!!

Thanks ASA22 - I'll be waiting. My husband would potentially be working downtown off of John Young Parkway (NW area).... our housing issue will really be determined y school districts as our son is a special needs child and we need to make sure his needs will be met.
