Comments: I beat my last time by 20 seconds so I feel good. I had a hard time on the last few laps, I was trying to get a sub-28 time but just couldnt. Maybe next time. Up until recently I have been focusing more on weight loss rather than speed & endurance. I want to start putting in more miles and intervals now that the weather is warming up. What would you do differently?: over all I feel good but want to get that sub-28 time soon. need more miles Post race

egg sandwich and juice for breakfast. Had a few gummie bears and some vitamin water on the way there.
10 minutes stretching and a few warmup laps with a couple sprints. a little more stretching right before the start.
