Comments:

What a great run! Spent the first couple miles at a steady pace to get the legs moving, ramped up the pace a bit and pushed it out the last few miles. When I got to mile 7 I realized I was on track to beat my goal time, which was totally unexpected. I felt like I still had a lot left in the tank, so I picked it up some more and pushed it out through the finish. It was a great race! I'm really happy with how I ran and how strong I felt through all 10 miles!

What would you do differently?:

The only thing I would have done differently would have been to wear a visor! It was really bright & sunny, but not unbearable.
