Comments: Great day for a run! This was my first 10 mile race and, thus, a PR (although Ive run a couple of marathons and currently training for my third). I beat my goal of under 85minutes so I am happy! =) What would you do differently?: Arrive earlier!!  Post race
Warm down: caught up with my husband and my friend and ate a nice breakfast! What limited your ability to perform faster: Zig zagging through the crowd the whole time because I started late/not with my wave Event comments: Can't wait for next year! Last updated: 2009-01-30 12:00 AM

Breakfast consisted of- power bar performance (vanilla crisp), water, and a sip or two of coffee
dragging my husband out of bed and standing in line at the porta potties for way too long (i saw the start of my wave and every other wave while in line!)
