Run
Comments: I had a little bit of trouble maintaining pace and when I finally found it, I went from feeling really good to suffering all through the race. But I made it!! What would you do differently?: Run faster? Post race
Warm down: Stretched, got some water and food, and changed clothes. What limited your ability to perform faster: My slow @$$? Event comments: Its a small marathon. I didn't expect fireworks. But it did have a trixie in a dress. :) Last updated: 2009-04-06 12:00 AM

My alarm went off at 4, but after turning my alarm off in my sleep I darted out of bed at 4:45 and was out the door by 5:20. I stopped at Starbucks (god love them for being open) for a bagel and coffee for the long drive out to Dearborn. I found a place to park without much trouble, got my stuff together, and set off to find the BT crowd. I never found them but I stood in line for 20 minutes to pee, so that was fun. ;)
Nada... 13.1 with 2500 people doesn't really require a warm-up since the first mile is simply dodging people.
