Event warmup:

I did half my interval workout for the day before the race and half after. I used the treadmill at the Y near the start of the race.

I really felt the last mile, I had to slow down more then I had hoped.

6:38,7:16,7:39,0:45. I measured the race by vehicle and mapmyrun and both turned up 3.16 which would be nice. The third mile did not line up with my findings and would explain the large increase in time. Of course, I could simply have run out of gas.
Course: Down hill first half then you have to regain the elevation.
