Actually felt better about this effort. I was definitely more aggressive on the bike (effort-wise)than I have been in the past. Had a great rhythm for the first half, but felt slower on the second. I don't know if I hit it too hard up front, or just lost my groove. Need more bike training, but feeling better.

About what I expected. I felt slower than I was. I think a longer course may actually help me, as I just barely had time to get into the groove before it was over.
