  • 3.11 miles

Comments:

Went out hard and tried to hold on really slowed from mile 1.75-2.75 then picked it back up the last .4 to finish under 20 minutes for the second weekend in a row. course showed a little long, I cut every corner I could but still came up 3.14 last year it measured 3.17.
What would you do differently?:

nothing did what I wanted to do stay under 20 maybe ease up a little at the start and start my kick sooner, I seem to have a lot left in the end
Post race
Warm down:

walked around and talked

What limited your ability to perform faster:

legs a little tired from the weeks training

Event comments:

Great race for a great cause.
