Swim was pretty bunched up so i just sat back and swam pretty slow.

Got to transition FAST!! Was shooting out about 30s after i got there and realized my front tire was FLAT!! So i changed it and noticed my co2 only filled it to about 70psi. So i grabbed my other CO2 and realized it was already used!! So i debated weather or not to continue....I did on a flat tire.

Road on a pretty flat tire so i was having problems holding 20mph when i was planning on doing 22+ easy. I stopped about 2 miles in and sat there for about 2 minutes debating if i should continue because i knew that the tire was slowing me down big time and i was debating if it was worth it to keep going. I decided to and got back on the bike.
What would you do differently?:

Not have a flat tire.
