Who's in for some or all the fun this Saturday?  I will be running most of it at 9:30-10' miles, but the first hour (after warmup of course) will be at race pace or 8:30-9' miles.

I'm doing 17 miles (about 3 hours, hopefully a little less) on Friday morning before Rocky's lunch.

I took the day off to get our house ready for First Communion party on Sat. as well as getting my long run in. I work Sat. a.m. and then Mass is Sat at 5.

Friday is the only day that fits for me. Sorry Frown

Being a good cat-lick, I will forgive you.  Too bad I don't have anyone to watch Holly on Friday, otherwise I would join you.

I have a crazy weekend - which means I'm going to be running at some re-donk-ulous hour - like 4:45 a.m. But, if you want to get up and drive on over here and run with me, I'd love the company. I have to be back in the house by 7:00 a.m. to hopefully get home before the kids get up and realize that their daddy is SO not going to be getting up to get them their breakfast.

I really need to get some riding in.  Not so worried about my run.  So Jeanne...I have to make sure I don't have my kids on Sat first.  Otherwise, I would be in for a ride with you Sat morning.

Okay, I have a very busy Saturday so I would like to get this done right away.  I would like to leave my home at 6.  Jeanne, I have a 6 mile loop that I do for this run so I can refuel.  You can join in the fun at 6 or 7:15ish.  I have to do a short warm up and then 60' at race pace.  PM me if you need my addy.

Of course you're not worried about your run, but it is SOOO much fun to run with me.  It is.  Even ask Kim or Lara
